Rhett is an Engineering Team Lead for boom controls with Raven Industries. In this role, he helps guide a team in advancing sprayer boom control for better crop protection. Rhett and his wife, Tricia, have three daughters and reside in Sioux Falls. Rhett earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University. He continues to support and contribute to his local community, harnessing his skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.
